Full-Stack Web Developer (Open)

A Full-Stack Developer is effectively in charge of every step of the web application development process, from database management and server-side functionality to user interface design. Their position necessitates a wide range of competencies and the capacity to manage many development facets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage client-side scripts and frameworks to enhance user experience and interactivity.
  • Optimize front-end performance by minimizing load times, reducing the size of assets, and ensuring smooth user interactions.
  • Design, develop, and maintain server-side logic.
  • Design and manage databases to store and retrieve application data efficiently.
  • Create and integrate APIs to enable communication between the front-end and back-end systems.
  • Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines and utilize tools like Docker or Kubernetes to manage application infrastructure.
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and make updates to the application as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Min. 3 years experiences working as Full-Stack Development.
  • Experience with front-end frameworks/libraries (React/React Native, etc).
  • Proficiency in back-end frameworks (Laravel, NodeJs, etc).
  • Strong understanding of database technologies (MySQL/PostgreSQL, etc)
  • Knowledge of version control systems (Git)
  • Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices

Role:

  • To aggressively seek specific business clients.
  • Create a pipeline and get fresh leads till they begin.
  • Maintain connections with current clients.
  • Perform market research by examining rivals, the effectiveness of sales tactics, etc.

Accountability:

  • Reach anticipated sales targets.
  • Source leads and oversee the sales pipeline.
  • Create and carry out sales initiatives that will guarantee the goals of sales growth.
  • Be able to effectively explain to clients the characteristics and advantages of the company’s solutions.
  • Convert, schedule a demo appointment with the prospective client.
  • Respect client needs (responsiveness, timeliness, etc.) and uphold connections.
  • Provide information, marketing intelligence, reports, and projections.
  • Bring clients on board and maintain communication.
  • Contributes to teamwork by achieving relevant outcomes when required.

Requirements:

  • Well-spoken and used to working with clients
  • Ability and willingness to travel.
  • Knowledge of IT solutions and technologies.
  • Experience in finance industry is a plus.
